  10.     I recently bought a Xerox Work Station 250.  It's a printer, plain 
  11. paper fax, scanner, copier and fax-modem.  I can't get the modem part of
  12. the fax-modem working.  Ie, the thing works as a fax, using Winfax Lite,
  13. but I can't get the modem to work for email etc.

  15.     The @#$^@##^ manual doesn't even mention the existence of the
  16. modem, let alone tell you how to use it.

  18.     I haven't got to first base with Xerox's help line.

  20.     If you think you may have some useful advice, or know where I
  21. could find someone familiar with this machine, please get back to me by
  22. email.
